We offer MUCH more than traditional “month-of” or “day-of” services offered by other professionals including a two-hour consulting session to get your planning off to a solid start, a master planning checklist, a budget guide, a checklist of questions to ask event professionals like the DJ, AND a list of our favorite event professionals all housed in your personal online portal.
Starting two months before your event, we will work with you to gather all of the planning details, review a detailed wedding/event checklist together, create timelines, attend a final meeting with you at the venue, and finalize timing and logistics with your team of event professionals. During the wedding/event weekend, we will coordinate your wedding rehearsal (if applicable), and oversee all the details on the event day including timing, logistics, setup, decor placement, and clean‑up.
